Privacy
DEEPER collects only as much personal information as it needs to answer your inquiry. Here is what we collect, how we use it, and when we delete it.
We do not collect any information that can identify a person beyond what you write in the inquiry form. We do not use advertising cookies. Visit statistics (pages viewed, referral path, device type) are counted without cookies through Vercel Web Analytics, and no information that identifies a person is kept. However, when a page opens, access logs (such as IP addresses) are left with the services that deliver fonts (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) and the service that hosts the site (Vercel). If you choose a display mode (Dark or Light), only that choice is kept, on your own device.
We use it only to reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and tell you about the program you chose. We do not use it for any other purpose or sell it to anyone.
We delete it one year after your inquiry is closed. If a law requires us to keep it for a set period, we keep it only for that period.
We do not give the information we receive to third parties, except when requested under law.
When you press “Send inquiry,” what you wrote goes straight to DEEPER's Google Workspace (Google Sheets and email), and a confirmation email goes to the address you gave. Both services have servers outside Korea, so your inquiry and access logs are processed abroad.
When the retention period ends, the privacy officer deletes emails and the records in Google Sheets so they cannot be recovered. We keep nothing on paper.
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop processing it. Write to hello@deeperax.com and we will reply within ten days.
